Welcome to my page – One minute closer… to a healthier you! My platform will be to share healthy habits with you in brief, easy-to-digest (pun intended!) segments. I believe that if you take small steps toward a healthier lifestyle every day, in time those small steps will become habits—habits you will not want to break. Wouldn’t you rather focus on creating healthy new habits instead of perpetuating your current unhealthy compulsions?

I invite you to come along for the ride. Learn how to create health and well-being in all aspects of your life and on a variety of topics – nutrition, weight loss, sleep, and stress – for starters. Many things in our lives affect our health. We make choices daily that have no immediate or apparent short-term negative impact; however, in the long run, we will realize the ultimate consequences of our choices.

The good news is, it’s never too late to hit the reset button. We can start by helping each other. Please stop in often and invite your friends to do the same. Together we’ll influence as many people as we can in our venture to get America healthy!

About Me

After spending most of my life wishing I could GAIN a few pounds, I suddenly found myself 35 lbs. overweight and at an age where nothing seemed to work in taking it off.  When I watched my best friend lose weight quickly and easily with a plan that she believed in so much that she had become a Health Coach in order to pay it forward, I decided to give it a try.

Well, the rest is history.  I lost the weight quickly, but even better, I haven’t gained any of it back (in over 3 years).  I, too, became a Health Coach (certified by Villanova School of Nursing and COPE), because I want to help others create optimal health in their lives and experience what I did!  Check out my website for more information!
